Where applicable, referral arrangements remain confidential between Nowexo and the relevant participating business unless disclosure is required by law or agreed by the parties.
Information shared through Nowexo may be confidential.
Users agree not to disclose confidential information received through introductions except where necessary to complete discussions or where required by law.
All content, branding, logos, software, text, graphics and materials on the Nowexo platform remain the property of Nowexo or its licensors.
No rights are transferred except the limited right to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.
Information provided by buyers or sellers is supplied by those parties.
Nowexo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of information submitted by users.
Users remain responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any transaction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nowexo shall not be liable for:
